Light a Candle
We are saddened to share that Billy Parker-Bey passed away on December 06, 2022. Leaving behind a Mother and 3 siblings. He also leaves behind 11 beautiful children. Loving to make people laugh with his jokes, always seeing the brighter side of things. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
